Please read carefully before agreeing. These terms govern your participation in all Tribe programs.
Our Community Ethos & Code of Conduct
The Tribe is a volunteer-led community comprising individuals who give their time alongside full-time jobs, businesses, studies, and family commitments. No member of the Tribe team draws a salary, and the organisation does not operate for profit. All fees collected from participants are reinvested directly into the programs.
By enrolling, the parent/guardian acknowledges and accepts the following:
- The Tribe is a community, not a service provider. Enrolment in a Tribe program is not a commercial transaction, and participation should not be approached with the expectations one might hold of a paid service. Parents and guardians are members of this community by extension, and are expected to engage with it as such.
- Mutual respect is non-negotiable. Our work is made possible by the goodwill and effort of our team. Any rude, disrespectful, or aggressive conduct by a parent or guardian directed toward any Tribe team member, whether in person, over phone, or in writing, may result in the immediate termination of the participant's membership, without refund of fees paid.
- Concerns, queries, or feedback should be raised through the designated team contact in a respectful manner. We welcome constructive input and will respond as our schedules permit; we do not, however, operate on customer-service timelines.
- The Tribe reserves the right to decline or revoke participation in any program where the conduct of the participant or their guardian is inconsistent with the values of the community.
A — Introduction & Acceptance
Welcome to The Tribe. By applying for membership, attending weekly programs, or joining any member-only specials, you agree to these Terms, Waiver & Indemnity. If you do not agree, please do not proceed.
B — Eligibility
Applicants under 18 must have a parent/guardian complete consent. You agree to provide accurate details and update us if anything changes. Right of Admission Reserved. The Tribe may refuse or revoke entry if a participant breaches the Code of Conduct, exceeds capacity limits, poses a safety risk, or disregards staff instructions. Non-discriminatory basis.
C — Code of Conduct & Community Standards
We train body, mind, and deen with adab. You agree to:
- Respect teammates, staff, venues, and neighbours.
- Zero harassment/bullying.
- Follow coach instructions and safety rules.
- Remain substance-free.
- Dress and behave appropriately to the space and activities.
- Violation may lead to removal from a session or program without refund.
D — Health, Fitness & Medical Disclosure
You confirm you are fit to participate, or you have disclosed medical conditions/injuries/allergies that could affect participation. You will bring required medications (e.g., inhalers, EpiPens) and inform coaches where they are. You understand Tribe is not a medical provider. We deliver training and experiences; you are responsible for your own health decisions. If in doubt, consult your doctor.
E — Assumption of Risk
Tribe activities include physical training, sports, classes, workshops, outdoor challenges, service projects, transport to third-party venues, camping, and water/beach events. Risks may include slips/falls, sprains, strains, impact injuries, dehydration, sun exposure, weather conditions, street/road risks, water-related hazards, equipment failure, or actions of others. By participating, you knowingly and voluntarily accept these risks, understanding that injuries may occur even with proper supervision.
F — Release, Waiver & Indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you: Release and waive Tribe, its directors, staff, volunteers, coaches, and partners from any claims, demands, damages, or losses arising from participation, except where caused by Tribe's gross negligence or willful misconduct. Indemnify and hold harmless Tribe from claims or costs arising from your (or your child's) actions, breaches of these Terms, or misuse of facilities/equipment.
G — Emergency Care Consent
If urgent care is reasonably required, you authorise Tribe staff/volunteers to administer basic first aid and to arrange medical treatment or transport. You accept responsibility for any related costs. We will attempt to contact the listed emergency contact promptly.
H — Property, Media & Privacy
You are responsible for your belongings. Tribe is not liable for loss/theft/damage. Tribe may capture photos/video/audio for documentation and community storytelling. By participating, you grant Tribe permission to use your image/voice in Tribe media. We collect only information needed to run safe, effective programs. We don't sell personal data. We may contact you via WhatsApp/SMS/email for schedules, safety updates, and community news.

K — Transport & Third-Party Vendors
Some programs use third-party venues or transport. Tribe is not responsible for third-party operations. You agree to follow all safety instructions and local laws.
L — Intellectual Property
Tribe program materials, curricula, graphics, and media are Tribe IP. Do not copy or republish without permission. You may share official Tribe posts with attribution.
M & N — Data, Disputes & Updates
